Ordering From Us
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is for mainland UK. Prices can change and we always notify you of the latest prices as quickly as possible.
b) Product Descriptions
We use our reasonable endeavours to make sure that every product on nyo2.co.uk is shown accurately and prices are correct. However occasionally there may be small variations in colour, typefaces, size and layouts. Nyo2 Ltd disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this website is accurate, complete and up to date.
c) Placing Orders
When placing an order with us we will send you an order acknowledgment by email, to the email address that has been indicated at purchase. This will outline the products you have ordered. Placing an order with us does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance will not take place until your order has been despatched. The ‘purchase’ contract therefore takes place between yourself and Nyo2 Ltd at the point of despatch whether or not payment has been taken prior to despatch. If you cancel your order or if we have notified you that we cannot accept your order then no ‘purchase contract’ will have been made.
We may be unable to accept your order if:

We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
If there has been a pricing or product description error
If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions
If your order for products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
Due to Licensing Act 2003, we cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18 years of age. We may refuse an order or a delivery of alcoholic items at our discretion. By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that both you and the person the order is sent to are aged 18 years or over.
If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom or Republic Of Ireland
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards through the PayPal service. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK or Republic Of Ireland addresses.
We understand the importance of receiving your gifts on time, ready for that special occasion. We will deliver your ordered products to the address in which you have provided as a delivery address during the checkout process. If you wish to have your order sent to an alternative address to your billing address, simply enter this in at the time of purchasing. If any of the details that you provide us are incorrect we are not liable for any items delivered other than to the address provided.
N.B. The despatch day is the day we send the item out with our chosen carrier, NOT the day it will be delivered.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postage charges.
All items are posted by our preferred carrier (usually Royal Mail) unless a special delivery option has been selected at additional cost.
If you do not receive your items please check with your local sorting office, even if you have not received a calling card through your letter box.
We also reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undeliverable item.
Next day delivery is available on the majority of products for Monday to Saturday service. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays; your order will be delivered the next working day. Any next day orders must be placed before 1pm to ensure delivery for the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Any next day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Your next day delivery will be between the hours of 9am and 6pm; couriers cannot guarantee deliver within these time limits so may be delivered before or after, especially around peak times of the year.
A signature may be required upon receipt of your order. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered the carrier may leave it in a safe location on your property or leave with a neighbour if they deem safe to do so. A calling card should be posted through your letterbox to inform you where your parcel is, however there may be some occasions that a calling card is not convenient to leave.
Delivery services to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, non-mainland UK addresses and some areas of Northern Scotland will take a minimum of 48 hours delivery.
g) Returns and Refunds
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example a damage occurring during delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at via the ‘Contact Us’ online form within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us please include your full name, email address, postal delivery address, order number, reason for fault and a photograph where applicable. If a photo is not included this may cause a delay in processing your query and we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before we can provide a solution.
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone. This will be at the discretion of Nyo2 Ltd, its employers or agents.
h) Amending or Cancelling An Order
Before requesting an amendment or cancellation to your order please contact us as your order can only be amended and changed if your order is not at status ‘Processing’ or ‘Despatched’.
Please email us through the contact us page to discuss your amendment or cancellation. Emails are answered between business hours (9am – 5pm) in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your email is processed and we will be unable to make any changes
Nyo2 Ltd reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
At Nyo we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty) unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department. Nyo2 Ltd will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
Returns Authorisation Number
If you wish to return an item it will speed up any refund or exchange if you contact our customer services that will authorise your return. Lines are open 9:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 9:30 – 17:00 on Saturday and our experienced customer service representatives will be happy to take you through the process.
You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number, which will be used to track the return of the product(s). Once your return is authorised an acknowledgement will be emailed to the address used on your original order. Any products returned without a valid Returns Authorisation number may cause a delay in the refund. Please return your item(s) in original packaging if possible and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your Returns Authorisation form with your item(s), as this will help us to process your refund more efficiently. Clearly mark your Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:

Non Faulty Goods
If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt.
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 20 days.
Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the documentation and original packaging. Any refund will be credited to the card involved in the original transaction.
If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. Before returning your item(s) please contact Nyo for a Returns Authorisation Number (see above). This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.
We can arrange a pick-up service. You also have the option to return the product to our shop in Lutterworth.

Nyo2 Ltd has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
Nyo2 Ltd has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you save items in your basket between sessions, prices from previous sessions may no longer be valid. However, the correct price will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Products Containing Batteries
Some of our products, including our clock range, come supplied with batteries. Here at Nyo2 Ltd we are committed to help the environment where possible. It is important to dispose of used batteries in a safe way through the proper channels.
Due to the chemical makeup of batteries, they should not be disposed of with normal household waste but rather through a recognized battery collection point.
